Your information may be provided when you use one of our mobile applications (the “Mobile App”), or interact with our other on-site or web-enabled technologies, including but not limited to, on premise WiFi, Bluetooth beacons and interactive kiosks. We may reference the Mobile App, Site, newsletter, related web-enabled technologies, electronic and/or digital products or services collectively as our “Digital Services” in this Policy.
Through your use of any of our Digital Services, you consent to the practices and terms described in this Policy. Please note: This Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties (for example, when you purchase a ticket from a third party ticketing provider through links on our Digital Services, visit external links, or interact with online advertisements). Please take a moment to review the individual privacy policies of third-party sites before you provide information to them, as we cannot be held responsible for their actions with regard to your information.
I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We might gather information from and about you.
Contact information. We may collect your name, street address, phone number or email through actions such as newsletter opt-ins and when you buy a ticket. Your use of this Site represents that the information you provide is truthful and accurate and that the use of our Site or any of our Digital Services does not violate any law or applicable regulation.
Payment and billing information. We collect your credit card number and zip code when you buy a ticket.
Information you post. We may collect information you post in a public space on our Site or on our third-party Digital Services.
Demographic information. We may collect information about events you like/are interested in or products you buy. We might collect this information as part of a survey.
Guidelines for minors. Our Digital Services are neither directed at nor intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly or actively collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, it will be deleted immediately. Do not access or use our Site or Digital Services unless you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not a person prohibited from accessing the Digital Services under the laws for the United States or any other country.

If you use our Mobile App, we may collect your GPS location, your device’s unique identifier, information on the type of mobile device you are using and/or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running. How we collect information.
Information you provide directly. We collect information from you if you register for a promotion, buy tickets, post a comment on our Site, interact with our Digital Services or ask us a question.
Information about you from third parties. If you use an integrated social media feature on our Site or through our Digital Services, the third-party social media site will give us certain information about you. This may include your name and email address. Your activities on our Site and apps may be posted to the social media platforms.

Sharing within LAS RAGEOUS and with subsidiaries. We may share the information we collect for any purpose among Vegas Riot, LLC, d/b/a LAS RAGEOUSTMand any individual company subsidiary.

We may share the information we collect with our business partners and other third parties for (1) Non-Marketing Purposes, (2) joint marketing purposes, and (3) our business partners’ own marketing purposes. personal information will only be shared for Non-Marketing Purposes. When we provide personal information to our business partners and other third parties, we require them to exercise reasonable care to protect such information and restrict the use of such information to the purposes for which it was provided to them.
Certain business transactions. Receiving marketing emails and newsletters. This Policy governs the use of the LAS RAGEOUS Newsletter (the “Newsletter”) and Site. By using any Vegas Riot, LLC, d/b/a LAS RAGEOUSTM Newsletter and/or Site, you accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy in full.
Opt out of receiving our marketing emails. The frequency of newsletters will be at our discretion, intending approximately four (4) – ten (10) times a year. To stop receiving promotional emails from us, follow the instructions in any promotional message you receive from us. Your device settings should bw equipped with instructions on how to turn off push notifications. It may take some time to process your request. If you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages such as contacting you about your orders.
Modify information you have given us. To modify or delete information you have provided us, you can email us. We make changes as soon as we can. This information may stay in our backup files. Please contact us to request access to your information.
Control tools on your mobile devices. You can turn off the GPS locator or push notifications on your phone. Each push notification has an “unsubscribe” link.
Social media platforms. You should note that communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that this Site and it’s owners participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held within each social media platform respectively. You are advised to use social media platforms appropriately and communicate/engage upon them with caution in regards to your own privacy and personal details. Neither this Site nor it’s owners will ever ask for your personal information through social media platforms. You are welcome to discuss sensitive details with the owners of this Site through primary communication channels such as telephone or email.
This Site may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from the Site to the social media platforms in question. You are advised to share web content at your own discretion and note that the social media platforms may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.
Your Nevada privacy rights. If you live in Nevada and have an established business relationship with us, you can request a list of the personal information we have shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We will also give you a list of the third parties that have received your information. You can make a request one time each year.

The information you provide on this Site includes, but is not limited to, name, phone, email, age, address, payment and billing information (“Personal Information”). By providing us with any Personal Information you expressly and unconditionally release and hold harmless the Company, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and their respective shareholders, owners, members, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your collected Personal Information. In addition, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your Personal Information by any third parties who receive your Personal Information. We make no representations or warranty regarding any third-party’s use, collection or disclosure of your Personal Information.

The articles, photos, and other forms of media on the Site, Newsletter or posted by us through our Digital Services are for your information and personal use only, and not for commercial uses or exploitation. If any part of the Site, Newsletter and/or Digital Services is found to be taken, used, or copied without permissions from us or the author, it will be recognized as infringing, and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
